Please print out the initial visit form and fill out to bring to your first appointment.
The initial appointment will take about 90-120 min, including a thorough intake and a full treatment session. If you have any time concerns, please let me know when you come in. Please make sure to eat some food before the treatment, and well-hydrated. It is also advisable to wear something loose or bring shorts and a tank top for the treatment so that I can access certain body areas easily.
