What is Japanese style rice grain moxa like?

In this video, a practitioner demonstrates a Japanese style rice grain moxa therapy on a forearm using a bamboo tube to extinguish the burning moxa on the skin. The practitioner marks the points with a surgical pen, then place a small amount of burn cream (to prevent a blister on the skin) before placing a tiny moxa cone on each point. Moxa cones are lit by a burning incense, and extinguished by the bamboo tube before reaching the skin. The patient might feel a very slight “bite” sensation on the skin, or no sensation at all.
